ETHICAL CODE AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
As a company integrated within the multinational Tesya Group, our values are fundamentally based on a sincere commitment to the principles of ethical and responsible business conduct, as well as on respect for the laws of the territories and societies in which we operate.
Caymo Maintenance S.L.U. has adhered to the Ethical Code and corporate governance mechanisms of its Spanish affiliate Finanzauto S.A. Unipersonal and of our sole shareholder, the Tesya S.p.A. Group, adopting them as its own by decision of the Board of Directors on November 21, 2024.
The ethical principles and behaviors that inspire our values are set out in the Tesya S.p.A. Ethical Code, which we fully endorse and make available here: Ethical Code.
OUR MISSION AND OUR ETHICAL PRINCIPLES
The principles that guide our behaviors, conduct, and business relationships at all levels — which define our way of acting and are set forth in our code — are:
- respect for legality,
- integrity,
- transparency,
- responsibility,
- rigor,
- excellence,
- environmental protection, and
- the assurance of health and safety.
OUR RULES OF CONDUCT
Our ethical principles inspire our behavior and actions in all our relationships — with employees and collaborators, clients, suppliers, institutions and public officials, the communities we belong to, our environment, our partners, internal control bodies, and financial institutions.
Our code sets out how we implement these behaviors in the course of our business activities.
IMPROPER CONDUCT, WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL, AND WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION
Through the link provided, we make available our organization’s whistleblowing channel, designed to help prevent and detect improper conduct and actions contrary to the law or to our ethical principles.
Under the supervision of the Supervisory Body of Finanzauto in Spain and in accordance with the policies of its internal information management system, the electronic whistleblowing channel, managed by an independent provider, ensures the confidentiality and protection of the informant, the whistleblower, and the reported person, in compliance with current legislation.
